Fairwinds (formerly ReactiveOps) needed senior-level marketing support to communicate its DevOps offering to both highly technical audiences and non-technical corporate executives.
I wrote e-books and chapters of industry books tailored to the technical or non-technical needs of the audience in question. I interviewed multiple subject matter experts to produce numerous technical and non-technical blog posts strategically aimed at building the company’s client base and reinforcing the company’s thought leadership position in the industry.
