Total Show Technology, a well-known Las Vegas-area video and audio production company, needed a chief marketing officer to guide their branding and marketing efforts.
I led a two-day brand strategy workshop with the executive team and then build a marketing strategy playbook documenting the company’s value proposition, key differentiators, competitive advantage, offerings, target audience, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Afterward, we rebuilt the company messaging on the website, in weekly blog posts, on the company’s social media pages, in assets and collateral, in press releases, and in Demo Days onsite events. As the company’s fractional chief marketing officer, I held monthly marketing meetings to align the team and prioritize high-value tasks for the coming month.
