AIMCO needed brand-new website copy for all of its apartment properties nationwide. Each website included specific guidelines and restrictions regarding word count, content, and audience.

I wrote comprehensive website copy for 80 of AIMCO’s properties. The sites needed to include a general write-up about each property, a full description of all property amenities, and evocative details about the area where the property is located. I also tailored the copy for each site to the specific audience that would be renting the apartments in question.
