Colin the Chicken (Is It Local?)

Colin was a heritage breed, a woodland-raised chicken fed a diet of sheep’s milk, soy, and local hazelnuts. The chicken is local, and he’s across-the-board organic — that’s USDA organic, Oregon organic, AND Portland organic. The people who raised Colin did everything possible to make sure he was very happy.
