U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force Persuasive Writing Workshops

U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force management teams regularly produce budget analyses, reports, and recommendations. To achieve their goals, they need expert persuasive writing instruction. I travel around the country to lead workshops that support their defense missions.

I build a syllabus focused on each team’s specific needs. I then teach goal-oriented, interactive 6-hour critical thinking and persuasive writing workshops to Department of Defense personnel at the Pentagon and personnel at U.S. Air Force bases around the country. The workshop covers audience, argumentation, persuasion, voice, structure, and strategic use of language. Each attendee receives a 50-page writing manual that I authored.
